Amishka

My interpretation of aspiring artist Amishka. She's a very dear friend with so much talent and creativity. The concept behind my illustration was to show the Amishka I see. She always seems to have a warm loving smile on her face and is mostly happy and cheerful, however her eyes tell a different story, there's a strange lingering sadness there, hence the contrast between the smile and tears. her wild hair is in reference to a night we were hanging out and she let her hair lose, for some reason it was sticking out all over the place, which is so different than her normal well kept every day hair. Her curved eyebrows are based on a certain period when she had them done and they ended up looking very strange. Amishka has two scars that I know of, and a strange love for owls.
